Located in Westchester and Rockland counties, these centers serve as local meeting places and focal points for everyone interested in the study.

Westchester Community Outreach Center

From East: NYS Thruway (I-287); at Exit 1 turn right onto ramp for 0.2 miles, merge right at exit light onto White Plains Road (Route 119) 0.2 miles; building on your left.

From West: NYS Thruway (I-287) to Exit 9 for 0.2 miles; turn right onto ramp towards South Broadway (US-9) for 0.2 miles; turn right onto South Broadway (US-9); turn right onto White Plains Road (Route 119) for 1.6 miles; building on your right.

The Westchester Community Outreach Center is also accessible via mass transit:

Take the Bee-Line Local 1W or 13 (bus stops at Marriott Hotel, adjacent to the Outreach Center)

Rockland Community Outreach Center

From East: NYS Thruway to Exit 11; follow ramp to 4-way stop on High Street. Proceed on High Street one block to left at traffic signal onto Highland Avenue. First left onto Main Street to building on right just past Washington Street.

From West: NYS Thruway to Exit 11; left onto NY 59 (becomes Main Street) to building on right just past Washington Street.

The Rockland Community Outreach Center is also accessible via mass transit:

Take Transport of Rockland, Bus Routes 59, 91 or 92 (buses stop at Main Street and South Franklin Street, just two blocks away from the Outreach Center).
