The fourth Joint Land Use/Traffic & Transit SAWG presentation was held on July 30, 2009 at the Greenburgh Library Meeting Room, Elmsford, NY. This meeting focused on the two Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) alignment options from the Tappan Zee Bridge landing area in Tarrytown to White Plains.
