The fourth SAWG presentation on finance was held on September 10, 2009 at the Palisades Center, West Nyack, NY. The group discussed a number of issues and options for financing projects, such as borrowing or using cash upfront, interest rates and length of loans, bonds, risk transfers, and who will borrow (public or private sector).
