Target Participants:

All representatives of Westchester County and Rockland County towns and villages were invited to attend this one-day intensive TOD workshop. Attendees included state and local elected officials and/or their representatives, county officials, local planners, engineers, planning and zoning board members, commissioners, industry participants, representatives of the local civic, cultural and business communities, and other stakeholders.
